One of the best features of our site is the search feature, where you can pick and choose exactly what you want, enter the type of event you're having and let us guide you on the options, or even find the perfect turn-key/one stop shop company to serve you. Our goal is to make sure you look like an event planning superhero.

If You're An Event Vendor

Event Pickle is free for people planning events (buyers). Vendors on the site will receive a free 90-day trial membership, and then be able to select the membership package that best suits them. There are no hidden fees, booking percentages, etc. Your membership plan is all you pay.

Vendors who are not located in a market where Event Pickle is currently active will receive a free account and Gold plan to enjoy until Event Pickle launches in that market. Members with a free account will not be able to list their services in a currently active market, but buyers will have the option to expand their search radius, and thus will be able to contact vendors nationwide.

A free account is for vendors that are not located in a market that currently supports Event Pickle. We still want those people to receive the benefits of an EP site, but without a large active buyer pool, we offer this membership account at no cost.

A free trial account is given to all new vendors in an active market for the first three months after the initial launch.

Event Pickle was created to put vendors in front of corporate buyers and help them book corporate event work. This is an area many struggle with, and our EP team is made up of experts in the events industry, with many years of experience booking and working with corporate buyers. So, in a nutshell, we help you get new business leads with corporate buyers, as well as private events. Event Pickle also will help your SEO with back links to your own website, and will also be beneficial with the upcoming Pickle U where vendors can access tons of useful marketing, sales and business information for the event industry.

This will depend on your goals and what type of business you are running. If you own a catering business and want to only work in a 20-mile radius, you will probably not be interested in other markets, or being listed in 10 service categories. A silver plan might be more than enough. However, if you are wanting representation in multiple categories and perhaps even multiple markets, a gold or platinum plan may be more useful. Event Pickles goal is to get you booked as much as possible, by the clients you dream of. We are available to discuss your needs if you have further questions on this!

Well first of all ... how sad! This makes our eyes water up a bit. We are working hard 22.5 hours per day to get Event Pickle to markets just like yours. (Gotta sleep sometime) The good news is that until that day comes, you can still enjoy using Event Pickle at no cost. Buyers will have the option to expand their search radius when looking for service providers, and we will still have buyers signing up in markets that are not yet launched as well. That's an easy one! The answer is ... any way you like. We designed Event Pickle to match vendors and buyers together on the site while allowing you to book the event off of the site with zero fees, booking percentages, etc taken from either party. Boom! The best of both worlds at your fingertips.

This is a great question, thanks for asking! Our background is the event industry, and we know the value of a hard-earned dollar. Nobody likes having fees and such taken out of their pay, so we made the decision to charge one low monthly investment and nothing else ... because that's what we would have wanted when we were doing events. What you see is what you get. We can't wait to help you grow your events business.

There are several ways to get more leads. The first is to have a professional looking profile, complete with high resolution photos and videos, as well as a well written and crafted bio section that is informative and clear to buyers.

The second way to get more leads is to make sure you are requesting reviews and pickle ratings from clients. The better reviews and a higher Pickle rating will help make sure buyers see you as a great choice to receive a bid from!

Having a membership that allows you to be in multiple categories and markets will also help get you in front of more prospective buyers.

Finally, you will have the opportunity, if available, to be a featured vendor in your category as well as email blasts that we send out to event buyers every couple of weeks.

You will need to first upload the video to YouTube or Vimeo. Once that has been completed, you will then need to add the video by entering the URL in the provided space on your profile.
